By accessing or using AzxInbox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, administrators and workspace members of AzxMatrix IT Solutions products.
Workspace accounts are created solely by AzxInbox Administrators upon approval of an inquiry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. AzxInbox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. A 7-day free trial is offered to new workspaces — no credit card required during the trial period. After trial, ₹799/month + GST applies.
You agree not to use AzxInbox to send spam, unsolicited messages, illegal content, or any content that violates WhatsApp Business Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from your contacts before sending messages. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
AzxInbox uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. You must comply with Meta's Commerce Policy, Business Policy, and Messaging Policy. AzxInbox is not responsible for account restrictions or bans imposed by Meta for policy violations.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your contact data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties. You retain ownership of your data and may export or delete it at any time.
AzxInbox targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. AzxInbox shall not be liable for losses resulting from downtime.
AzxMatrix IT Solutions' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. AzxInbox may terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
AzxInbox reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
