All new workspaces are provided a 7-day free trial period. During this period, you have full access to all features without any charges. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial automatically expires after 7 days unless you subscribe.
After the trial period, Subscription charges of ₹799 + GST (18%)/month + GST are applicable. Charges are processed via Razorpay and appear on your statement as "AzxMatrix IT Solutions". Subscriptions auto-renew monthly.
We offer refunds in the following cases: (a) Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, (b) You were charged incorrectly or in duplicate, (c) You request a refund within 3 days of your first paid charge and have not used the platform in the paid period. No refunds are provided after 3 days of the billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for: change of mind after the trial period, partial use of the service during a billing cycle, violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension, or WhatsApp API costs incurred through Meta.
To request a refund, email billing@azxinbox.com with your workspace ID, billing date, payment ID (from Razorpay) and reason for the refund. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The exact timeline depends on your bank. AzxInbox is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or Razorpay.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already processed. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
