We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, company details when you submit an inquiry or create an account. We also collect usage data — messages sent, campaigns created, contacts imported — to provide and improve the Service. Technical data such as IP address, browser type and device information is collected automatically.
You may upload your customers' contact information (names, phone numbers) to use with AzxInbox. This data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the Service and do not use it for any other purpose. You are responsible for having proper consent from your contacts.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, provide customer support, improve product features, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data only with: (a) Razorpay for payment processing, (b) Meta/Facebook for WhatsApp Business API, (c) Cloud hosting providers under strict data processing agreements. All third parties are required to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after termination. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@azxinbox.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted database storage, regular security audits and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.
You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent at any time; request a copy of your data in a portable format; lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
AzxInbox is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.
