Pricing Questions

What does the ₹799/month include?
The ₹799/month platform fee includes full access to both WhatsApp CRM and Email CRM — all features, unlimited contacts, chatbot, designer, warmup, API access and priority support. Up to 100 emails/month are included free.
Can I use only WhatsApp CRM without Email?
Yes. Email CRM can be enabled or disabled per workspace from the settings. You always pay the same ₹799 platform fee — Email CRM is a toggle, not an extra charge.
How is email usage charged?
The first 100 emails each month are free. Beyond that you buy tokens — 1 token = 1 email = ₹0.10 (10 paise). Sending one campaign to 1,000 contacts uses 1,000 tokens. Tokens never expire; the 100 free emails reset monthly.
Do email tokens expire?
No. Purchased tokens stay in your wallet until used. Only the 100 free monthly emails reset each month.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. A paid subscription (₹799/month) is required to access WhatsApp CRM and the platform. You can cancel anytime — there is no lock-in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your workspace settings. You retain access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. Meta charges per-conversation for the WhatsApp Business API. These are billed directly by Meta and are separate from the AzxInbox subscription.
